First of all we want to thank you in registering interest in one of our tours. We will email confirmation of the availability and price of the tour along with an invitation to make a confirmed booking. In order to secure your booking, a 50% deposit of the total cost of your tour is required, except when your booking date is less than one week prior to the tour starting date, in which case, 100% of your payment is required. Once your down payment is applied, we will email you an invoice to confirm your booking. If you wish to make any changes to your tour once the booking has been made, please inform us via email immediately.


Jabiru Tour reserves the right to alter your itinerary or accommodation preferences in the event of circumstances beyond our control.


We are unable to pay compensation or accept liability where the performance of our services are prevented or affected by any event which we or the supplier of the service(s) in question could not, even with all due diligence, prevent or foresee. These events include extreme weather conditions, park closures, mechanical problems with transport, terrorist activities, fire, flooding, disease or any similar results that are out of our control.


Jabiru Tour doesn’t offer it but strongly recommends travel insurance. Appropriate insurance should cover the following: repatriation, cancellation or curtailment, medical expenses, loss of luggage, death, illness, loss or theft of personal property. Please note that more adventurous activities such as tracking wild animals, wild water-rafting and crossing canopy walkways should also be covered.


Please ensure that you have read and are happy with the final quotation and itinerary before booking and making payment. Please check, the number of people travelling, room allocations, accommodation, dates of travel, meal plans, National Parks/reserves to be visited, mode of transport and what is included or excluded.
We reserve the right to correct any published prices, quote and itineraries and will do so when we become aware of such an error.


Payment methods include Bank transfert, Transferwise and Western Union. The final payment (remaining 50% of your payment) is due 70 (seventy) days prior to the tour. For the tours booked with less than two months of prior 100% of the payment is asking.


Should you wish to cancel your tour; please inform us immediately by emailing Jabiru Tour (jabirutour@gmail.com). Once we have received your notification in writing your cancellation is effective, until this time it is not. The date of your cancellation will be deemed as the date when written notice is received by Jabiru Tour. As cancellations cost us money ; we have a scale of cancellation charges which are based on the decreasing likelihood of a replacement booking being made. It is as follows:


MORE THAN 90 : 85%
90 DAYS TO 70 DAYS : 50%


Prices INCLUDE accommodation as stated, meals as stated, guide, driver, vehicle, park fees as stated, transfers.

Prices EXCLUDE tips, laundry, visas, flights, items of a personal nature. In the event of unforeseen circumstances - security issues, weather conditions, park closures, border closures etc - we reserve the right to amend the confirmed itinerary; please note that we will always try and replace any particular service with something of equal quality and interest, on occasions due to circumstances beyond our control this is not always possible.


We make every effort to ensure that all vehicles used are in a comfortable and road worthy condition and comply to the local government transport regulations. Passengers are liable for any damage caused to the vehicle that occurs through their interference with the vehicle.
